Hello, Big girl world!

Hello fellow bloggers! Sorry is has been so long since I have updated but I just haven't been in a blogging mood, however that has changed now :)
I am officially a college graduate and on the hunt for a big girl teaching job! Best part about this is 1) I will finally be making more money 2)I will be doing something I enjoy 3) I no longer have to deal with the College of Education and 4) I already have 2 interviews lined up!! I am absolutely ecstatic and just hoping for the best. Both school I am interviewing for are great schools and I would be honored to work at either, the only catch is one is only an interim position. That leaves me with the possible decision (if I get the job) of if I want to take it and risk being unemployed again in January but gaining ample amounts of experience in my own classroom at an extraordinary school or if I should decline if need be and hope for a full-time position somewhere else. That decision (again if I am presented with it) is not one I am looking forward to but I know it will all work out in the end no matter what.
I had a great graduation weekend with friends and family, including my brother who flew in from New York to watch me graduate! I am so thankful for all of the people in my life who have supported me over the years and I know they will continue to while I move forward on my journey. I will keep you all updated on everything a little more frequently now that I have no more school to worry about :)
P.S. Since I can't write a post without mentioning her... Maddie is doing just wonderful. She is 9 months old and knows how to do so many neat little tricks. The most recent trick is "pow pow" where you point your fingers like a gun and say "pow pow" and she plays dead... I am entertained way too easily by this! Ok now that is all, hope everyone is enjoying the warm and FINALLY dry weather!
